SMS Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the SMS/MMS mobile messaging program provided by Pinn Fundamentals. Your use of this service constitutes your express agreement to these terms.

1. Program Description

Messages sent by Pinn Fundamentals include operational alerts such as "missed-call text-backs," appointment reminders, and project follow-ups. If you have opted into our marketing list, you may also receive periodic promotional offers and service updates.

2. Message Frequency

The frequency of these messages will depend on your interaction with our services. Typically, you can expect 2–4 messages per project for operational purposes and no more than 2 marketing messages per month.

3. User Opt-In

Users opt-in by providing their mobile number and manually selecting the consent checkboxes on our website's quote form.

4. Data Rates and Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. This depends on the terms set by your mobile carrier and your specific text/data plan.

5. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 833 513 1216. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you sign up again.

6. Help Instructions (HELP)

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Pinn Fundamentals does not guarantee message delivery without delays or failures due to factors outside our control, such as network problems.

8. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data specifically for our messaging services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
